YIN YOGA classes are slow, calming practices that use long, gentle holds (3-5 minutes, or more) to release tension and improve mobility - muscles relaxed, targeting joints and connective tissues. Poses are seated or reclined, giving you time to soften, breathe, and create space in tight areas like the hips, back, and shoulders. It’s a peaceful, accessible class perfect for beginners, older adults, and anyone wanting to unwind and move with more ease.

It's a different class every week. Every session is unique.

PARKING OPTIONS
Please don't block any driveways or drive over the curb onto a lawn. Allow plenty of space for larger vehicles to get through.
My Driveway: 2-3 cars can park in my driveway; first car needs to pull up close to the garage door. 1 Car can park at the base of my driveway along the curb.
My Cul-de-sac: 1-2 cars can park just past my driveway along the curb. 1 car can park along the curb opposite my driveway - DON'T LET YOUR WHEELS TOUCH THE NEIGHBOR'S GRASS (I'm not kidding).

Ledgestone Place: Park on the East side of Ledgestone Place before or after you get to Stone Arrow Place. Then walk to Stone Arrow Place, my place is at the end on the left.
