ASHTANGA YOGA - Don't let the name scare you - it's still just yoga, but with more traditional poses held for around 5 breaths each. Ashtanga Yoga is a steady, breath‑driven flow that moves through a set sequence of poses to build heat, strength, and focus. The practice is physically rewarding - improving stamina, mobility, and overall body awareness - while the rhythmic pace supports mental clarity, calm, and concentration. It’s a structured, energizing class for anyone who enjoys disciplined movement with both physical and mental benefits.

Every class follows the exact same sequence of poses.

(You will receive a GPS map pin when you register)

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN YOGA MAT. Yoga blocks, straps and other props are provided (or use your own). STRONGLY RECOMMENDED: Bring a towel and/or a water bottle - you will work up a sweat.

1 person - $30
2 people - $15 each
3 or more people - $10 each

PRIVATE SESSIONS

This class can be at my place, your place or somewhere in-between - whatever works best for you. (If I need to come to you, we can make those arrangements after you book.)

PARKING OPTIONS
Please don't block any driveways or drive over the curb onto a lawn. Allow plenty of space for larger vehicles to get through.
My Driveway: 2-3 cars can park in my driveway; first car needs to pull up close to the garage door. 1 Car can park at the base of my driveway along the curb.
My Cul-de-sac: 1-2 cars can park just past my driveway along the curb. 1 car can park along the curb opposite my driveway - DON'T LET YOUR WHEELS TOUCH THE NEIGHBOR'S GRASS (I'm not kidding).
Ledgestone Place: Park on the East side of Ledgestone Place before or after you get to Stone Arrow Place. Then walk to Stone Arrow Place, my place is at the end on the left.
