
This 1 hour ONLINE yoga class (via ZOOM) is different every week. It's Hatha Vinyasa style yoga, sometimes Ashtanga.
Beginners are welcome. All ages are welcome. Medium paced. Fully guided. Pose Modifications offered for easier and harder options.
OPTIONAL: Bring a towel for sweat (you will break a sweat) and/or a water bottle. Sometimes I require a yoga block.
